Adam has specialised in recruitment and executive search for over 13 years across financial services mainly in Wealth Management, Asset Management and IFA sectors. Over the last 6 years Adam has been responsible for leading the recruitment for Coutts Private Bank. This has included direct headhunting, executive search, people risk, D&I initiatives, succession planning and project recruitment. His experience also includes working for FTSE 250 recruitment companies and boutique search firms.
Prior to recruitment he spent 8 years as a full time athlete representing England and Great Britain in athletics.
